Hope Your Anchor In The Storm.

“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, sure and steadfast, which reaches inside behind the curtain,where Jesus our forerunner entered on our behalf, since he became a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.” Heb. 6:19.

ilI read about a, who had a very modest family. He had a small amount of corn left, which was actually enough to feed his family to avoid starvation. Every right thinking person would make the corn available for his family's consumption, whilst he sought out any other means of providing for subsequent needs. However, this farmer chooses to bury that precious seed in the ground, an act that looks like waste to the untrained eye. He does this because he believes in the harvest to come and the future of his family. Every new month represents a new field. We are called to sow our "seed" (time, faith, efforts) even if we are currently weak, trusting that God will bring a harvest of joy and blessings in the coming days. You have the privilege of either eating your seed or sowing it. This new month avails you another opportunity to either sow or eat. 

A new month is not just a calendar change, but a new chapter in a book. The previous chapter is finished, regardless of whether it was good or bad. Just as a writer begins a new chapter with a clean page, God gives us a fresh start to write a new story of grace, obedience, and victory. We can start over with Jesus, and He does not hold our past mistakes against us. I need you to know that just like a ship in a storm relies on an anchor that is not visible because it is beneath the water, yet it holds the ship steady. Hope is our anchor. As we face some insulating experiences in this new month, our faith in God must hold us steady, even when we cannot see the next thing that is about to happen in our lives. The birth of a new born baby brings joy, we all will agree with me, but it also brings new responsibilities to the parents and guardians. There's also the possibility of a completely new, unpredictable future. But I can assure you that your future in this month is secured in God and grace.

I woke up early this morning hearing God speak to me. He said “this is the month you have prayed for, step into it and possess it.” I’m saying the same thing to you, step in and take possession. Don't live like one young artist, Timanthes, he  spent days admiring his latest painting, which halted his progress. His teacher became angry at his new fixation. So he destroyed the painting, urging him to start over to create something better. The destruction of the old allowed for a masterpiece to emerge. This new month is a "divine reset." We must let go of past failures, mistakes, or even past successes that stop us from growing. God allows us to "start again" to produce a better chapter in our lives.  Step out with renewed possibility consciousness and go win, selah!

I refuse to labour in vain; instead, I claim fruitfulness, acceleration, and supernatural success in my career, business, life and ministry. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
