Strengthen Your Faith.

"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." 1 Tim. 4:12. NIV 

In the first century, being a Christian wasn’t safe. There were no churches on every corner. No Bibles in every home. No legal protection. To follow Jesus meant risking everything. You might lose your job. Your friends. Your place in the synagogue. In some cases—your life. And yet, the Church exploded in growth. Why? Because these early believers weren’t following Jesus out of habit or heritage—they followed Him out of faith and total yieldedness. They met in secret. Prayed under cover of darkness. Shared communion in tombs and cemeteries. And when the Roman Empire demanded, “Say Caesar is lord!”—they said, “Jesus is Lord,” even if it cost them their blood. They had no earthly security. But they had a resurrected Saviour, and they believed—truly believed—that even if they died, they would live again. 

Their faith didn’t just move mountains. It outlasted empires. We are here today because they trusted what they couldn’t see—and lived for a kingdom they couldn’t touch. Our Christianity must involve living out exemplary faith  which is simply a consistent, active trust in God that goes beyond mere belief, impacting everyday action and  faith built on a deep, regular engagement with Scripture, treating it as a life manual rather than just stories. One of the challenges I have personally noticed with modern folks who claim to be believers and attend church is that many so-called believers don't trust in God's promises enough. A few memorize it, but don't practice it. There are others who recite it but don't believe it, there's another category who don't even know God's promises therefore they have nothing to trust in or claim.

Authentic Christianity is active, not passive. It means following the Holy Spirit's direction promptly—listening, obeying, and serving rather than merely hearing or professing beliefs. God's plans and intention remains to raise exemplary believers  who maintain high moral standards and honest dealings in public and private. Becoming a "clean vessel" that reflects God’s holiness is not your choice, it's your destiny. It's compulsory that you become committed to this Ideal. Following Christ's model, we must live out that faith which Christ demonstrated by serving others selflessly, even at personal inconvenience or cost. We must now become His ambassadors indeed in our families, workplaces, and communities. We will not be found wanting in the mighty name of Jesus. Selah!

Open my eyes to see the invisible—the broken, the lonely, and those hurting in my community—and give me the heart to comfort them. Let my life not just speak of You, but show Your love through kindness, patience, and generosity, so that others see a tangible reflection of Your grace through my exemplary lifestyle in the mighty name of Jesus.
